Using Navigation Technologies in Land Management and Construction
“The adequate and exact model of agricultural enterprise – the instrument for the optimization of processes and decisions taken”
The adequacy of a model, this is the coincidence of properties of a model and the corresponding properties of agricultural enterprise. The observability of cause and effect relationship which is so called "Quality loss" is being shown. The controllability of the model is the ability to return the actual conditions of system in demanded in due time, correctly and fully. The redundancy of a resource of management - deviations, diversity and difference in size, causes a diverse resource of management. The reliability of interaction of an object and the subject of management saving existential data in the set limits. Real time scale – response to an opportunity and emergence of losses at the same speed in what they arise.
The model accuracy - coincidence of the required accuracy of results and the available accuracy of basic data (accuracy definition of losses).
Capacity of agricultural enterprise includes: fields, technologies, the equipment (the Operator-agricultural machinery and Driver-car system equipped with the navigation equipment), and potential development.
Entrance of model of the enterprise: a flow of applications, fund of working hours, the required quality, the plan of an output of ready moving objects from zones and P points.
Process: the model of the subject of management finds the optimum operating plan of works, decisions on anticipation and operational management. The zone, air temperature, humidity of air, pressure, tables of coordinates and time points, flow charts, passports of routes is used.

This model was presented at a practical seminar of the UN on global navigation satellite systems in Krasnoyarsk in May, 2015 and at the 11th meeting of the International UN committee on the global navigation satellite systems to Sochi in November, 2016.
